This document plans the deployment of the T&Tnet system for the final user tests and field trials. Specific objectives are to (1) provide assistance for procurement of hardware (mainly PCs and smartphone devices), and (2) show how to install and test the system software, third party software, and communications com­po­nents. A short contingency plan is also presented in order to prepare for unexpected events or user exit. Finally, we identify the facility requirements for test and trial sites and plan the site preparations and app upgrades.
